about

Born  in Liverpool, Victoria got stuck into writing plays as soon as she could hold a pencil. A year studying with poet Robert Shepherd inspired her to create stage plays with the Royal Court and Liverpool Everyman theatres. After living in London and Paris, Victoria relocated to New York  - working for both artist Joshua Neustein and filmmaker Frank Capri.

While training as an actor at Liverpool’s prestigious Institute of Performing Arts, Victoria developed an obsession for directing and went on to create several short films - including Don’t Fall and Holly - inspired and approved by Warhol Factory star, Holly Woodlawn.

Victoria’s work has been shown globally at film festivals such as Phoenix Film Festival, The Otherness, Equality Festival and 300 Seconds Shorts.

She’s recently completed her latest short, the Liverpool-set comedy-drama, A Local Hero.
